Dynamic Vinyasa
An active, fluid style of yoga that focuses on the asana. Guided by the breath, the postures link together throughout the practise. These fun fast paced classes aim to nurture your strength, balance and mobility. Whilst you can expect to be challenged, our experienced team offer variations and modifications so that you can work at a level that is right for you. These sessions will leave you feeling worked and relaxed.

Open Level
Our open level class is for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. These sessions aim to go back to basics and get stuck into the foundational aspects of a well grounded yoga practise. Taking time to develop an understanding of breath work, bandha’s, drishti and mindful meditation.

Slow Flow
These vinyasa classes build the heat in their own way. The longer holds and steady flow build strength and endurance as they invite you to breathe, unwind and reconnect with your body. The pace of these sessions makes them ideal for those who may find dynamic vinyasa a bit too pacy, but still want to feel the body work. They provide an opportunity for a more mindful strengthening practise.
